چکیده

Mathematical models of the spread epidemic diseases are studied, paying special attention to networks. We treat Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) model and Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered (SEIR) described by differential equations. perform microscopic numerical simulations for corresponding on Comparing a random network scale-free infection, we emphasize role hubs in network. also present simple derivation exact solution SIR model.

Numerical Simulations for Dynamic Stochastic Models of Internet Networks

In this paper, we consider Internet models, which respond to a congestion signal from the network described by a stochastic differential equation. We consider Internet networks with one source and n access links, as well as with r sources and one access link. We analyze the conditions for the existence of a solution and the algorithms needed to determine the solution. We carry out numerical sim...

Exact solutions of epidemic models on networks

The study of social networks, and in particular the spread of disease on networks, has attracted considerable recent attention in the physics community. In this paper, we show that a large class of standard epidemiological models, the so-called susceptible/infective/removed models, and many of their generalizations, can be solved exactly on a wide variety of networks. Solutions are possible for...

Effects of Contact Network Models on Stochastic Epidemic Simulations

The importance of modeling the spread of epidemics through a population has led to the development of mathematical models for infectious disease propagation. A number of empirical studies have collected and analyzed data on contacts between individuals using a variety of sensors. Typically one uses such data to fit a probabilistic model of network contacts over which a disease may propagate. In...

Networks and epidemic models.

Networks and the epidemiology of directly transmitted infectious diseases are fundamentally linked. The foundations of epidemiology and early epidemiological models were based on population wide random-mixing, but in practice each individual has a finite set of contacts to whom they can pass infection; the ensemble of all such contacts forms a 'mixing network'. Knowledge of the structure of the...

Numerical Studies on the Epidemic Spreading on Correlated Networks

Start from the network with given degree distribution and inter-connection probability matrix, we rewire the edges of network and get different correlated networks. And do the epidemic spreading on these networks numerically through Monte-carlo methods. The results show that the spreading threshold is not necessarily correlate to the type of connections of the network.
